The World Party & Cultural Experience gives vendors and sponsors a prime opportunity to boost profits and brand exposure to a diverse, high-traffic audience. Daily rates apply. Vendors can waive fees through our ticket sales program, earn commissions while covering your costs! Food vendors: see terms listed.

Vendor Welcome & Checklist Package

Dear Valued Vendor,

Congratulations and welcome to World Party Festival 2025! We’re thrilled to have you join our diverse community of creators, entrepreneurs, and innovators. To ensure a seamless, successful event, please review the following checklist and important details for all vendors.

1. Identification & Access

  • All vendors please display identification at their booth or on their person at all times during event hours (except during load-in/load-out or active restocking).

  • Please check in at the Vendor Registration Desk upon arrival.

2. Parking & Vehicle Guidelines

  • Avoid vehicles on grass. All vendor vehicles (including food trucks) will be assigned a concrete location adjacent to the park.

  • After unloading, park at Ponce City Market, or public garages off Angiers Street, or any available street parking.

  • Vehicle movement is restricted during festival hours, so plan accordingly.

3. Food & Beverage Vendors (if applicable)

  • ServSafe Certificate: If cooking onsite, submit your Safe Serve/ServSafe food handling certificate. If you don’t have one, take the online course ($45) and upload proof to worldpartyatlanta@gmail.com.

  • Combustible Gases: Not allowed in public cooking areas. Store securely and only refill/replace tanks during load-in/out.

  • Fire Safety: Onsite cooking requires a fire extinguisher and compliance with all city ordinances.

  • Menu Diversity: We encourage global flavors, showcase your best!

  • No Alcohol: Vendors may not bring alcoholic beverages (exclusive partner in place).

4. Booth Setup & Operations

  • Power: Bring or rent your own generator or grill, no power is provided.

  • Ice: Please bring your own.

  • Trash: Use onsite receptacles or opt for paid trash pickup. No visible trash accumulation allowed.

  • Tables, Chairs, Tents: Not provided. Bring all necessary setup items (10x10 ft tent recommended).

  • Signage: Invest in eye-catching signage and engaging staff, this drives traffic to your booth.

  • Music: If necessary to promote yourself, Cultural tunes allowed at low volume; main stages will provide event music. (NO TRAP)

5. Load-In & Load-Out Schedule

  • Friday: 10am –3pm (hard stop) 

  • Saturday: 7am–10am 

  • Sunday: 6:30am–9am 

  • Evening Load-Out: After 9pm each day 

  • Final Load-Out: Monday 6am–6pm

Vendors must adhere strictly to these times.

6. Vendor Experience

  • Location: Historic. Old Fourth Ward Park. 680 Dallas St. Atlanta GA 30308

  • Promotion: Announce your participation to your customers, let them know where to find you!

  • Marketing Support: Need help? Our team can create a pre-event marketing and branding package. Contact us for details.

  • Affiliate Program: Earn extra by joining our affiliate program—text (678) 768-3717 for info.

7. Terms & Policies

  • Fees: All vending fees must be paid before your space is fully reserved.

  • Refunds: Registration is non-refundable unless the festival is cancelled by WPE. This is a rain or shine event.

  • Prohibited Items: No counterfeit goods, pets, firearms, pornography, or illegal products/services. All food/beverage vendors must meet health regulations and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

  • Family-Friendly: All offerings must be appropriate for a diverse, family audience. We reserve the right to decline or refund vendors not meeting standards.

8. Community & Team Appreciation

  • Meal Tickets Program: Food & beverage vendors who opt to donate food to our vips or staff,  (not required) to our hardworking event team (13+ months in planning), will be given preferential treatment.

  • Networking: Connect with other vendors, sponsors, and festival partners for future opportunities.
