We welcome diverse vendors—choose a tent size that fits your needs.All products/services must be legal, appropriate, and align with our brand. We reserve the right to decline or refund vendors that do not meet our standards.

2. Determine Your Menu

We are looking for diverse food vendors from anywhere around the world.
3. Select & Submit Your Menu

Each Food & Beverage Vendor must have at least two bite size "Taste" selections that are $4 or less.

These items should be small bites that allow festival goers to taste your cuisine and enjoy the full experience of the festival

Taste Items are to be Posted on the left and right side of your tent or Food Truck

4. Prepping Your Space & Event Setup

Power: Bring your own power source or grill, no power is provided
-
ICE: You will likely need ice, be prepared by bring your ice or purchase it from the onsite ice truck

Trash: Onsite trash receptacles are available, you will be responsible for taking trash to the onsite receptacles prior to your departure. Trash may not be allowed to build up in a visible area

Tables & Chairs: WPE does NOT provide any tables and chairs, you will need to provide whatever you require for your setup.

Tents: Vendors must provide a tent to cover your operating space Look at image below

Meal Tickets Program: All food & Beverage vendors are required to make 10 meals and/or beverages available (we will have numbered meal tickets made for your company). Tickets must be honored for a standard meal or beverage. This is how we take care of the key workers who are working to make this event a success.

Vehicle Movement: When the festival begins, vehicles will be prohibited from the site until after the festival ends

Vehicle Parking:

Same day parking can also be purchased locally from private parking companies or garages around.

Other: If an application is denied by TOSA, for any reason, after a payment is made, a refund will be issued.

PLAY MUSIC: Vendors are allowed and encouraged to play your favorite selection of Soul, R&B, Jazz, Funk & Blues selections - Our only requirement is that you don't play music with excessive profanity and that you don't interfere with the acts on the main stage.

6. Signage & Promotions

Good signage goes a long way. We find that flashy or well decorated signage and engage staff encourages festival goers to stop and shop. Also, take the time to advertise your participation and let all of your customers know where you're selling. You will be amazed at how many people will come back to buy your merchandise if they know your at the festival.
7. Location. Location. Location.

We all know, that location is everything. While all vending spaces are carefully selected to be centered near excellent foot traffic, there are some spaces that are top of the line. You know people like to sit and eat, so upgrade to a WPE Select space to ensure that your booth is right near our "Main Sound Stage" Sign up as a PRIME Vendor and you will have the luxury to choose your own spot. This upgrade opportunity will be made available sometime in the summer and may not be available when you initially register. You can upgrade at checkout on
Vendor Terms of Service: Once you have registered and paid, your registration is non-refundable unless WEP cancels the festival in advance of the event. If there is extremely severe weather (tornado) the festival could be rescheduled to a later date otherwise the festival is rain or shine. Notification of festival cancellation will be posted on the website. This is a rain or sunshine event, all vendors are securing your spot with the recognition that sever weather can impact event turn out, its just the business were all in. We look forward to seeing you at Taste of Soul this year. Notification of festival cancellation will be posted on the website and emailed to all vendors.
