PERFORMER CHECKLIST 

Dear Esteemed Talent,

Congratulations and welcome to World Party Festival 2025! We’re honored to have you as part of our vibrant, multicultural lineup. To ensure your experience is seamless and unforgettable, please review the following checklist and important details for all performers:

​

1. Check-In & Access

  • All performers check in at the Performer Registration Desk upon arrival.

  • Display your event credential (badge/wristband) at all times when backstage or on festival grounds.

  • Only scheduled performers and approved crew will have backstage access.

​

2. Arrival, parking & Load-In

  • Arrive at least 60 minutes before your scheduled set for check-in, soundcheck, and stage prep.

  • Use designated artist entrances and follow staff directions for load-in/out.

  • Please park at the garages or street parking. Do not park where it's tow away zone. 

  • After unloading, park at Ponce City Market, or public garages off Angiers Street, or any available street parking.

  • Vehicle movement is restricted during festival hours, so plan accordingly.

3. Dressing Rooms & Hospitality

  • Dressing rooms and green rooms are available for scheduled acts (assignment details upon check-in).

  • Hospitality tables stocked with water and light snacks; notify us of any dietary needs in advance.

  • Please keep personal items secure; the festival is not responsible for lost property.

 

4. Stage & Technical Guidelines

  • Review your set time, soundcheck slot, and transition window in advance.

  • Bring all necessary instruments, cables, and specialty gear, backline provided only as noted in your advance.

  • Work closely with our stage managers for smooth transitions; respect set times and hard stops.

  • No pyrotechnics, open flames, or hazardous props allowed.

5. Performance Schedule

  • Please be ready side-stage at least 15 minutes before your set.

  • Transition times are tight, be prepared for quick changeovers.

  • If you have special requirements (e.g., DJ tables, dance flooring), notify tech staff day before

6. Promotion & Community

  • Share your participation with your fans and followers! Tag @worldpartyexperience and use #WorldPartyFestival.

  • Let us know if you’d like to participate in artist interviews, meet & greets, or media opportunities.

  • Network with fellow performers, vendors, and sponsors—this is a celebration of global community!

7. Festival Policies

  • This is a family-friendly, multicultural event—please keep performances appropriate for all ages.

  • No explicit lyrics, hate speech, or offensive material permitted on stage.

  • All performers must adhere to festival safety, security, and conduct guidelines.

  • All discount codes shall be tallied and you will be paid according to your agreed percentage %
