Vendor Space & Requirements
- Showcase or sell your products/services while branding your business in front of an engaged, high-quality audience.
- Space 10 X 10 table/tent canopy is allowed.
- This event will be televised worldwide.
- Everything inside your space (e.g., table skirting) can reflect your company’s colors and designs.
- Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Alternative Option – Ticket Sales Program
- Avoid vendor fees by participating in our alternative ticket sales program.Text our hotline at 678-768-3717 for details.
- For example: Instead of paying a $250 vendor fee, sell 11 early bird tickets, and your fee is waived. (Ticket prices are subject to change.)
- After covering your vendor slot, you can continue earning—every additional ticket you sell earns you 15% profit with your assigned code.
Vending dates & time slots
- Friday - 6pm-9pm VIP gala. Load in starts on Thursday 11am
- Saturday - Shopping Market & Entertainment 12pm- 10pm Load in starts at 8am
- Sunday - Wellness & Dance fest 11am- 8pm. Load in starts at 8am
- All 3 days package buyers, can load in on Thursday at 1pm

We do encourage all vendors to uphold a high level of professionalism to foster long-term relationships as we grow annually and expand globally. Your assigned area and traffic flow will depend on your selected payment level; however, we strive to ensure that every vendor receives visibility and access to customers.
