Vendor Space & Requirements
- You can build your own activation 20 x 30 ft. If you require more space pease text us for custom paxkages
- Showcase or sell your products/services while branding your business in front of an engaged, high-quality audience.
- We will take drone footage, this event will be televised worldwide.
- Everything inside your space (e.g., table skirting) can reflect your company’s colors and designs.
- Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Alternative Option – Ticket Sales Program

- Friday 6pm-9pm VIP gala. Load in starts on thursday 11am
- Saturday 12pm- 10pm Load in starts at 8am
- Sunday 11am- 8pm. Load in starts at 8am
- All 3 days package, you can load in on thursday at 1pm

Your assigned area and traffic flow will depend on your selected payment level; however, we strive to ensure that every vendor receives visibility and access to customers.
